Job summary

ACCLIME RISK ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in the Philippines seeks an IT Infrastructure Support professional to provide regional Level 2 technical support, administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management across countries.

You will deploy and manage Intune, Windows Autopilot, and network connectivity, troubleshoot security and server issues, and contribute to a secure, modern IT environment with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in IT or CS required.
• 3–5 years in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience with Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Strong networking and security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 IT support across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 technical support to end users across the region and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Manage endpoint administration and software deployment through endpoint management platforms.
• Support endpoint security solutions, vulnerability management, and security incident resolution.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with internal security policies.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 environments, Windows Server infrastructure, and virtualization systems.
• Support and troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
• Monitor infrastructure health, system performance, and security compliance.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory records, and operational procedures.
• Support IT security compliance initiatives and participate in internal or external audits.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on infrastructure projects and regional IT initiatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests through the IT Service Management platform.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, or Systems Administration roles.
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience supporting Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms and software deployment tools.
• Experience supporting endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or equivalent technologies.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing, and Wi-Fi.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise wireless solutions (e.g. Aruba, Ruckus, or equivalent).
• Experience supporting enterprise firewall and VPN solutions (e.g. SonicWall or equivalent).
• Familiarity with IT Service Management platforms such as ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
• Experience supporting ISO 27001 environments will be an advantage.
