Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in corporate/consumer lending, account management, sales, credit/compliance and/or related banking areas/discipline.
• Bachelor's / Post-graduate Qualification in Finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Collaborative/team player, dedicated to achieving shared goals through cooperation and mutual support.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly & simply, analyze and research information.
• Advanced computer literacy (encoding, spreadsheets, presentation, etc.).
