Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of Business Administration, Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Law or Legal Management, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, and Education.
• Experience: At least 1 year in Banks and NBFIs (Lease or Finance).

Responsibilities

• Identify small discrepancies or compliance gaps in contracts, documentation, or operations and flag them for review.
• Strong research skills to stay updated on laws and regulations, and analytical abilities to assess risk and compliance data.
• Ability to manage and organize large volumes of compliance and risk-data, ensuring proper filing and documentation.
• Clear communication skills to assist with internal reports, training, and ensuring that information flows smoothly between compliance and risk departments.
• Ability to work well within a team, providing administrative support, conducting research, and assisting in the implementation of compliance and risk initiatives.
• Strong administrative skills to support the overall department, including scheduling, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
