Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and provide opinions, memoranda, and strategic advice to management.
• Draft pleadings, contracts, agreements, and official correspondence with government agencies.
• Represent the company in meetings and coordinate with regulators, legal teams, and external partners.
• Review and monitor contracts to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
• Identify legal risks and ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law; Philippine Bar Exam passer.
• 4–5 years of corporate legal experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
