• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with case management software is a plus

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Legal Intake Specialist [English/Spanish - Bilingual] to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This role plays a critical part in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that potential cases are effectively evaluated and processed.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of the intake process, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Call Management: Professionally handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents
• Gather essential information regarding the accident and potential legal representation needs.
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and procedures.
• Provide information about the firm's services and answer client queries.
• Collect and document relevant details to assist attorneys in evaluating cases.
• Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Efficiently navigate and update electronic systems while engaging with clients on the phone.
• Prioritize and address urgent client needs promptly
• Document Management: Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards.
• Organize and update client information, ensuring accessibility for legal professionals
• Utilize Excel sheets and other tools to manage and track client data.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to legal professionals as needed.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case progression.

Compensation will range from $4 to $6 per hour, in addition to commissions.

Schedule: 7:00AM to 4:00PM OR 10:30AM to 7:30PM Central Time.
