The role analyzes court documents, resolves content issues, and supports high-quality legal information delivery. Responsibilities include updating CMS records, monitoring requests, tagging legal documents, and adhering to quality standards.
The Digital Content Coordinator I (Legal Content Coordinator) is responsible for collecting, reviewing, updating, and maintaining legal and digital content across internal platforms while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. The role involves analyzing court documents, resolving content-related issues, performing online content updates, and supporting the delivery of high-quality legal information through established processes and quality standards.
Complete all required training and certification programs for assigned processes.
Analyze, collect, and process case law and legal documents based on established document definitions and court-specific guidelines.
Update legal documents in internal content management systems and troubleshoot update issues when necessary.
Investigate and resolve missing case records, customer requests, and content-related concerns using available tools and resources.
Analyze collection issues and escalates complex cases to the Subject Matter Expert (SME) when appropriate.
Perform online editing and court correction updates to maintain accurate legal content.
Collect, monitor, and tag designated Fast Flow sources and other assigned legal content.
Monitor shared mailboxes, respond to customer queries, and accurately log requests in the designated tracking system.
Collect, monitor, and tag Supreme Court oral arguments, bulletins, applications, motions, and other assigned legal documents.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely publication of digital content across internal platforms.
Adhere to established policies, procedures, and quality standards in all deliverables.
Proactively recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and content quality.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and internet research.
Ability to follow documented procedures and work with minimal supervision.
Capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Willing to undergo training and certification.
Experience in content management, data processing, legal research, or document management is an advantage but not required.
