Responsibilities

• Transfers land titles and tax declarations of lot customers, files pleadings in court and takes charge of messengerial work by preparing requests for payment and cash advances in order to make sure that all transfers of titles and tax declarations are met on their deadline dates, and to see that all pleadings are in order.
• Checks vehicles that are cleared by the Land Transportation Office and the Traffic Management Group by transferring the registration documents in the name of Greenfield Development Corporation to ensure that all vehicles submit to the requirements of government agencies.
• Negotiates with government offices regarding title transfers which have problems in documentation and business permits.
• Facilitates the consolidation-subdivision and delivers the title on the intended time by preparing cash advances for the fund and preparing the requests address to registry of deeds and collate documents required on the consolidation-subdivision.
