Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a legal assistant, paralegal, compliance, or related administrative role.
  • Knowledge of legal documentation, contracts, and corporate compliance processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Amenable to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, draft, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, agreements, memoranda, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update legal files, records, and document databases.
  • Monitor contract expiration dates, permit renewals, and other compliance-related deadlines.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of legal documents to government agencies, courts, and regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding legal concerns, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct basic legal research and gather relevant information for legal cases and transactions.
  • Schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments for legal counsel and department personnel.
  • Track and monitor the status of legal cases, claims, and corporate filings.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations related to legal matters.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal information.
  • Assist in processing permits, licenses, and registrations as required.
  • Perform other legal and administrative duties as assigned by the Legal Manager or Legal Counsel.
