Job summary

CoreBridge Solutions is seeking a Liens Specialist to manage and resolve medical and insurance liens for US personal injury cases. This fully remote position requires based in the Philippines, with a night shift aligned to Philippine time.

You will review bills, negotiate lien reductions, draft letters, and implement strategies to expedite settlements while coordinating with clients, providers, and attorneys in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• Experience negotiating liens, preferably in US personal injury cases
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Excellent attention to legal and procedural details
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment

Job Overview

As a Liens Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and resolving medical and insurance liens. Your responsibilities will include handling lien negotiations, managing administrative duties, and supporting our clients effectively to enhance their legal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, organize, and review client medical bills and records specifically related to lien claims.
• Negotiate lien reductions with healthcare providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys.
• Draft and send lien reduction acceptance and disbursement letters.
• Develop and implement strategies to expedite the settlement of liens.
• Maintain thorough communication with all stakeholders, including clients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
• Perform essential administrative tasks to support case management and ensure the smooth operation of the liens team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
• Relevant professional experience in lien negotiation, preferably within the U.S. legal system, with a focus on personal injury cases.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to legal and procedural details.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and capable of quickly adapting to new software.
