Job description

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in the daily technical meetings conducted by the CEO/authorized representative, reporting problems encountered with clients’ machines and actions taken.
• Studies the technical aspect of new equipment and continuously improves his knowledge and skills.
• Services clients as dispatched by the Technical Head/authorized representative. Ensures that all forms are properly filled out, signed by client and submitted to assigned personnel for encoding.
• Guides the clients in conducting simple troubleshooting over the telephone.
• Ensures that Company resources such as tools, parts and monetary expenses are properly utilized and controlled; that tools are properly accounted for and parts not changed indiscriminately for machines under warranty. As much as possible, diagnoses properly and repairs with replacement as last option.
• Helps superior foster the values of honesty, conscientiousness, accountability and time management amongst other employees.
• Assists with exhibits or other promotional activities.
• Helps maintain the demo units in the showroom in good working condition.
• Provides strong support in the implementation of Company-wide programs and activities that will create a happy and positive working environment that fosters unity within the group and other departments.
• Maintains a clean and orderly office and showroom by not littering and by helping others to clean up.
• Performs other related tasks that may assigned by manager or his representative from time to time.
