Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Financial Management, or related business discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or account reconciliation preferred.

Mansioni

• Execute daily reconciliation of GL and SL accounts with high accuracy.
• Validate accounts are balanced and properly documented.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes for accurate reporting.
• Investigate, track, and resolve reconciling items and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with branches and internal units to clear outstanding issues.
• Prepare reconciliation reports, account schedules, and aging reports for management.
• Assist audits by providing organized financial documentation.
• Adhere to accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify ways to streamline reconciliation processes and strengthen controls.
• Perform related duties and ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned.
