MC Group in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Leasing Officer to handle leasing activities, support lease administration, and maintain high occupancy across office, residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

The role involves marketing available units, coordinating property viewings, preparing lease documents, and building strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and agents, while conducting market research to attract and retain tenants.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, or property management is an advantage.
• Exposure to office, residential, commercial, or industrial leasing is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, brokers, and agents.
• Basic knowledge of lease agreements and documentation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to conduct site visits and property viewings.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Knowledge of local leasing laws and regulations is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
