You will source and attract tenants, coordinate applications and required documents, and prepare lease contracts and related paperwork. Maintain tenant records, monitor expirations, and ensure leasing policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing activities, including tenant inquiries, property viewings, and lease negotiations.
• Source and attract potential tenants for available commercial or residential spaces.
• Coordinate property viewings, tenant applications, and required documentation.
• Prepare and process lease contracts, proposals, and other leasing documents.
• Maintain updated records of tenants, lease agreements, vacancies, and rental payments.
• Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and tenant requirements.
• Coordinate with property management, legal, finance, and maintenance teams.
• Assist tenants with leasing concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor market rental rates and competitor leasing activities.
• Prepare leasing reports and provide updates on occupancy and rental performance.
• Ensure compliance with company leasing policies and procedures.
• Perform other leasing and administrative duties as assigned.
