Marivent Hotels and Resorts In is seeking a Project Director – Sales (Leasing) to lead leasing and sales across its developments. You will oversee the full leasing process, build relationships with tenants, negotiate terms, and drive occupancy and revenue.

The role requires 7–10 years in sales/leasing with 3–5 years in management, plus strong negotiation, market analysis and CRM proficiency. On-site position based in Quezon City with a focus on hospitality and mixed-use projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive sales/leasing experience with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Track record of achieving leasing/sales targets in commercial/retail/office/hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of leasing principles, contract negotiation and market trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategic leasing and sales plans to achieve occupancy, revenue and growth targets.
• Lead the leasing team by setting goals, monitoring productivity, coaching, and ensuring target achievement.
• Identify and secure tenants, corporate clients and partners through networking and direct business development.
• Conduct property presentations, site inspections and client meetings to showcase spaces and opportunities.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates and contract conditions while protecting company interests.
• Coordinate lease agreements, letters of intent, and supporting docs with legal/administrative teams.
• Build long-term relationships with tenants, brokers, investors, and partners for renewals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, rental rates and industry developments.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop campaigns, ads, digital initiatives and leasing events.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, occupancy updates and revenue projections.
• Monitor expirations, renewals, vacancies and retention initiatives.
• Resolve tenant concerns and coordinate with Property Management for satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage leasing budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by CEO/Owner.
