The ideal candidate will coordinate with tenants, suppliers, and vendors and manage documentation with attention to detail. The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in property leasing, purchasing, or procurement is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Handle property leasing activities, including tenant coordination and lease documentation.
• Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, supplies, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement needs.
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely purchasing of required items.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing and procurement transactions.
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks as needed.
