Job summary

J&T Express Philippines is seeking a Lease Administrator to manage lease agreements, maintain positive relationships with lessors, and address issues as they arise.

You will negotiate documents, ensure compliance with legal requirements, manage signed paperwork, payments, registrations, and related tenant records, while coordinating with management on leasing strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree in management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in leasing, real estate, or property management preferred.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease agreements and maintain positive relationships with existing lessors, addressing any arising issues.
• Negotiate and coordinate lease documents, ensuring all necessary legal requirements are met, including managing signed documents, payments, tenant details forms, registrations, receipts, etc.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing lease agreements and maintaining positive relationships with lessors, addressing any issues that arise. Negotiate and coordinate lease documents, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, including the management of signed documents, payments, and necessary registrations.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or a combination of education and experience.


2. Experience in leasing, real estate, or property management is preferred.


3. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
