Responsibilities

• Managing and arranging permits required for technical operation and deliveries.
• Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms.
• Scouting for prospective space for lease.
• Review and analyze the lease proposals.
• Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands.
• Achieve lessee satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management.
• Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal.
• Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts.
