Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Taguig seeks a Lease Admin Transition Coordinator to support onboarding and transition of lease administration services. You will coordinate project activities, manage data migration and abstraction, validate documents, and ensure readiness for service delivery with clients and vendors, while complying with established processes and quality standards.

This role collaborates with internal teams and third-party partners to meet timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in lease administration, real estate operations, project coordination, transition management, or a similar role.
• Experience working with lease documentation, database management, data validation, document control, and process documentation within a corporate or shared services environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Lease Administration transition projects, ensuring activities align with client requirements, timelines, SLAs, and policies.
• Manage collection, organization, validation, and transfer of lease documents and property data for accuracy and readiness.
• Monitor lease abstraction progress, maintain trackers, and resolve outstanding items with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Support system and technology enablement activities, including database setup, testing, document repository management, and workflow tools.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, risk logs, process guides, and account-specific playbooks for knowledge transfer and handover.
