Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Lease Administration Manager in overseeing accurate lease data management, ensuring compliance, and maintaining data integrity. This role coordinates data updates, performs quality reviews, and assists in abstracting lease documents and preparing reports.

Qualifications

Experience supervising a small team and coordinating lease data updates is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the Lease Administration Manager in planning and prioritizing tasks and projects.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of lease admin tasks and compliance initiatives.
Maintain lease data integrity across client databases and abstractions.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support audits.
Lead regular lease administration status meetings and reporting.
