Job summary

Dover Business Services (DBS) is recruiting a Graphic Specialist, Customer Experience to design engaging visual content, edit videos, and integrate media into Absorb LMS. The role requires collaborating with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with learning objectives and brand standards.

The ideal candidate will master Adobe Creative Cloud tools and demonstrate a strong portfolio of motion graphics and educational content. Hybrid work arrangement in Cebu, Philippines is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent multimedia tools.
• Ability to create smooth motion graphics and transitions that engage learners without distraction.
• Direct experience using Absorb LMS or similar platforms for content management.
• Strong visual communication with typography, layout, color theory and accessible design (WCAG).
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating animation, video editing, and graphic design for educational or corporate training content.

Responsibilities

• Design assets: create illustrations, infographics, and interactive slide layouts for digital courses.
• Video editing & animation: cut footage, sync audio, and develop fluid animations or kinetic typography.
• LMS integration: publish and test multimedia assets and course packages within Absorb LMS.
• Collaboration: work with instructional designers to align visuals with learning objectives and brand standards.
