Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent multimedia tools.
• Ability to create smooth motion graphics and transitions that engage learners without distraction.
• Direct experience using Absorb LMS or similar platforms for content management.
• Strong visual communication with typography, layout, color theory and accessible design (WCAG).
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating animation, video editing, and graphic design for educational or corporate training content.

Summary Description :

This role focuses on creating engaging visual content, fluid animations, and edited video modules for digital instructional design trainings. The ideal candidate will design high-quality learning assets, produce smooth motion graphics, and integrate finished media directly into PowerPoint and the Absorb Learning Management System (LMS).

Job Description

Design Assets: Create custom illustrations, clean infographics, and interactive slide layouts tailored for digital courses.

Video Editing & Animation: Cut raw video footage, sync audio, and develop fluid animations or kinetic typography to visually simplify complex learning concepts.

LMS Integration: Publish, upload, and test multimedia assets and completed course packages directly within the Absorb LMS environment.

Collaboration: Partner with instructional designers to ensure all visuals align with learning objectives and organization brand standards.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in any related field

Software Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent multimedia tools.

Animation Style: Proven ability to create smooth, fluid motion graphics and transitions that maintain learner engagement without being distracting.

LMS Familiarity: Direct experience navigating, managing content, or troubleshooting modules within the Absorb LMS platform.

Visual Communication: A strong eye for typography, layout, color theory, and accessible design (WCAG compliance).

Portfolio: A digital portfolio or reel showcasing fluid animation work, video editing, and graphic design examples (experience with educational or corporate training content is highly preferred).
