Job summary

Dover Business Services Philippines Corporation is seeking a skilled multimedia designer to create engaging visual content, smooth motion graphics, and edited video modules for digital instructional design trainings. You will integrate assets into PowerPoint and Absorb LMS to support learning goals.

You will design high-quality learning assets, produce fluid animations, and collaborate with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with brand standards and educational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent multimedia tools.
• Proven ability to create smooth, fluid motion graphics and transitions that maintain learner engagement.
• Direct experience navigating, managing content, or troubleshooting modules within the Absorb LMS platform.
• A strong eye for typography, layout, color theory, and accessible design (WCAG compliance).
• A digital portfolio or reel showcasing fluid animation work, video editing, and graphic design examples (experience with educational or corporate training content is highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create custom illustrations, clean infographics, and interactive slide layouts tailored for digital courses.
• Cut raw video footage, sync audio, and develop fluid animations or kinetic typography to visually simplify complex learning concepts.
• Publish, upload, and test multimedia assets and completed course packages directly within the Absorb LMS environment.
• Partner with instructional designers to ensure all visuals align with learning objectives and organization brand standards.
