Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio in learning or educational contexts.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools for design, with education-oriented examples.
• Strong understanding of visual communication, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for interactive e-learning modules and educational videos.
• Develop brand guidelines and a library of UI visual elements for consistency.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts from concept to completion.
• Ensure designs adhere to WCAG accessibility guidelines for inclusive learning experiences.
• Create storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to communicate ideas and gather feedback.
• Maintain an organized digital asset library with version control and AI-generated content.
