Job summary

IOM - UN Migration in the Philippines seeks a Human Resources Associate – Staff Development and Learning (SDL) to administer ticketing systems and learning platforms, manage study leaves, and provide user support. The role focuses on improving service delivery, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external providers.

The successful candidate will oversee LMS maintenance, run reports, conduct training sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement of SDL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communications Technology, Information Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; 3 years relevant experience.
• High School diploma with 5 years relevant experience; certification on Oracle, LMS, statistics, or data management is an advantage.
• Other diploma or training certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer SDL's ticketing system and learning platforms; handle service requests and track resolutions.
• Maintain FAQ articles and forms; coordinate license management and vendor liaison.
• Provide user support, conduct live demos and create training materials to boost platform adoption.
• Generate period reports on platform usage, study leave, and ticketing performance.
