Job summary

International Organization for Migration (IOM) Manila invites applications for a Human Resources Associate – Staff Development and Learning (SDL). The role administers SDL’s ticketing system and learning platforms, supports user access, and tracks utilization.

You will deliver live demos, tutorials and maintain FAQs while coordinating with regional offices and external providers. Ideal candidates have LMS and ticketing experience, strong client service skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT/HR/Business Admin or related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma or training in Oracle, LMS, statistics or data management is an advantage.
• Experience with learning platforms, ticketing systems, and HR support is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer SDL ticketing system and learning platforms to ensure timely service.
• Monitor tickets, prioritise issues, and coordinate resolutions with colleagues.
• Maintain FAQs and service request forms; generate periodic performance reports.
• Provide client support and troubleshoot learning platforms and processes.
• Deliver live demos, video tutorials and user guides to build staff engagement.
• Coordinate license management and liaise with external providers for renewals.
• Process study leave requests and maintain study leave tracker with accurate records.
• Serve as back-up administrator for SDL platforms and support business continuity.
• Collaborate with GSSC, RO and other IOM departments to identify learning needs.
