Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Corporate Trainer to develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for healthcare BPO teams in Cebu City. The role involves working with departments to update, manage, and track courses, and becoming the subject matter expert in the training field.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of trainer experience in a BPO environment and 1–3 years of healthcare domain experience, with a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in learning and development and facilitation.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Experience delivering large-scale training programs including soft skills and systems training.

Responsibilities

• Review current training programs and materials; deliver training to workgroups.
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing trainings, team building, and other needs.
• Use educational tools to enhance learning experiences.
• Identify trends; use training to improve team member and customer experience.
• Evaluate learning solutions for impact and scalability.
• Track learning metrics and analyze ROI quarterly.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching and evaluations to reinforce skills.
