Qualifications

• 3–5 years designing learner-centered training programs and developing related training materials
• Experience with learning needs analyses and defining measurable training goals
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and evaluation methods

Responsabilités

• Design learner-centered training programs and curricula
• Develop storyboards and scripts for e-learning content
• Collaborate with SMEs, LMS teams and content creators
• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather KPI data
• Lead small instructional design projects and provide updates
