Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs and employee communications.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating leadership priorities into programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning, development, and engagement initiatives across FWD Philippines.
• Design and deliver learning programs for employees, managers, and leaders.
• Oversee People & Culture communications and engagement events.
• Measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
