Job summary

Enshored Inc. is seeking a dynamic Trainer to develop and deliver impactful training programs for our teams in Metro Manila. You will facilitate learning experiences, identify opportunities for development, and help employees excel through effective coaching and feedback.

The role emphasizes delivering instructor-led and virtual training, updating curricula, and measuring training effectiveness to support operational KPIs. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in process training, facilitation, or learning & development.
• Strong knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and adult learning principles.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions using various learning techniques.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and job aids.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide timely coaching and feedback.
• Monitor attendance, participation, and policy compliance.
