Beyond is a global technology group with a hybrid work model. This role focuses on designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programmes that support our people and the wider business.

You'll create and facilitate engaging sessions across topics, act as a trusted advisor, and use data to measure impact and shape our learning strategy. You will partner with regional teams to align development with business goals, manage the Learning Management System, and ensure compliance courses

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, facilitating, and developing training across in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats.
• Natural coach and mentor focused on growth and career development.
• Strong communicator with a commercial mindset and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Skilled in strategic planning to align learning with goals.
• Experience applying gamification to boost engagement and retention.
• Familiar with modern learning tech, LMS, e-learning tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Autonomous, proactive, and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dynamic and engaging training workshops, virtual and in-person, covering soft skills and key systems.
• Create long-term development strategies aligning with growth and talent needs.
• Perform training needs analyses with Regional Business Partners to identify gaps.
• Deliver coaching programs to senior leaders to drive change and impact.
• Stay up-to-date with learning trends and create relevant content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize training across the organization.
• Maintain relationships with Google to stay updated on partner requirements and certifications.
• Use data to assess learning impact and generate insights for stakeholders.
• Champion clear communication and self-service learning for new hires and veterans.
• Own and maintain the Learning Management System content and ensure compliance courses stay current.
• Manage the L&D budget by reviewing requests and aligning spend with business needs.
