Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in any field; Education, Communication, Psychology or related preferred.
• 2–3 years in Training, Learning & Development, or Corporate Facilitation.
• Experience delivering classroom, virtual, and blended learning.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Coaching, mentoring and stakeholder management strengths.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Willing to work shifting schedules including graveyard shifts.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, update, and facilitate training programs for employee success.
• Lead new-hire training, transition programs, and nesting activities (virtual and classroom).
• Deliver product, process, system, behavioral, and soft-skills training sessions.
• Monitor learner progress and provide coaching, feedback, and development plans.
• Facilitate floor support, nesting, and ongoing learning interventions.
• Partner with Operations leaders to identify training needs and solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and learner feedback.
• Prepare training reports, documentation, and records.
• Drive continuous improvement in content, delivery methods, and outcomes.
• Stay updated on processes, tools, and program requirements via ongoing learning.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, update, and facilitate training programs that equip employees with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed for success.
• Lead engaging new-hire training classes, transition programs, and nesting activities in both virtual and classroom environments.
• Deliver product, process, system, behavioral, and soft-skills training sessions.
• Monitor learner progress and provide coaching, feedback, and development plans to drive performance improvement.
• Facilitate floor support, nesting, and ongoing learning interventions to ensure operational readiness.
• Partner with Operations leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs and implement targeted learning solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, performance data, and learner feedback.
• Prepare and maintain accurate training reports, documentation, and learner performance records.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance training content, delivery methods, and learning outcomes.
• Stay up to date with business processes, tools, and program requirements through ongoing learning and certification activities.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (Education, Communication, Psychology, or related disciplines preferred).
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Corporate Facilitation.
• Strong experience facilitating classroom, virtual, and blended learning environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on performance improvement.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the BPO, customer service, or contact center industry.
• Background in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning management systems.
• Experience handling new hire training, nesting, and performance coaching initiatives.
