• Assist in development, review, and enhancement of L&D policies and procedures.
• Review and endorse communications, reports, contracts, and other admin docs.
• Assist in Training Needs Analysis and workforce development planning.
• Coordinate curricula, course outlines, and assessment tools.
• Supervise assigned personnel and monitor outputs and funds.
