Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Training/L&D, hospitality operations, or institute/school management.
• Strong leadership, team management, business acumen, training design & execution, and stakeholder handling with high ownership.
• Preferred experience in hospitality/hotel industry, working with frontline or blue-collar workforce, and scaling teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end functioning of the training school, including trainee lifecycle, training delivery, and deployment, while owning the P&L.
• Build a high-performing team with a focus on people development and business performance.
