Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a service industry, strong skills in Lean methodologies, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Lean Six Sigma certification is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a consumer electronics manufacturing setup or service industry.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement initiatives across the business.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma culture and problem-solving mindset.

Skills

Lean methods including 5S, SMED, and Kanban

Six Sigma problem solving and DMAIC

Process mapping and root cause analysis

Statistical analysis using Excel or Minitab

Data visualization and KPI dashboards

Clear, concise written and verbal communication

Facilitation of cross-functional workshops

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BSECE, BSEE, BSME, BSMetE, BSMatE preferred)
