Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a Finance Transformation & Operational Excellence Sr. Consultant to oversee cross‑functional initiatives within Finance Shared Services. You will drive program delivery, guide project teams and ensure benefits realization.

The role requires strong knowledge of OE frameworks, PM methods, and stakeholder management, with experience in finance, accounting, and insurance operations. Hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OE, PM frameworks and tools (LEAN, DMAIC, Data Analysis, Design Thinking, Agile).
• Finance, accounting, insurance or actuarial background with project delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Transformation & OE initiatives across functions, delivering on time and budget.
• Lead forums at managerial level and guide project delivery teams.
• Coach leaders and ensure high‑quality project outcomes with measurable benefits.
• Align stakeholders and manage conflicts to keep initiatives on track.
• Develop OE training plans and facilitate management trainings.
