Job summary

Manulife Financial Philippines seeks a Transformation and Business Analysis professional to identify inefficiencies, map processes, and drive optimization across operations. You will analyze data, collaborate with diverse teams, and support the design and implementation of process improvements.

Responsibilities include developing current/future state maps, performing impact analyses, and tracking KPIs to measure success.

Qualifications

Transformation, business analysis, process improvement, or related role in financial services/insurance.
Experience mapping, redesign, workflow analysis, or process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
Ability to analyze datasets, identify trends, and create dashboards/reports to support decisions.
Experience engaging diverse stakeholders across business, operations, technology, risk, and support functions.
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives; familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
Analyze data to inform transformation priorities and solution design.
Create current/future-state process maps and workflow documentation.
Assess cycle times, variation, exceptions, rework, root causes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and support implementations.
Prepare business cases, impact analyses, and benefit hypotheses.
Track KPIs and report transformation outcomes.
Present findings and recommendations to management.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive alignment.
Support documentation and training for new processes or systems.
