Job summary

BDO LLP is seeking an AI Solution Consultant to help clients identify, design, and implement AI-powered solutions that address business challenges and unlock value. This role blends hands-on delivery with client-facing advisory across discovery, solution design, and adoption.

You will run workshops, translate requirements into scalable designs, and deploy AI apps using LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows while integrating with cloud platforms and enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in AI engineering, software engineering, or related fields.
• Experience participating in client-facing projects, workshops, or solution implementations.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, proposals, PoCs, or consulting engagements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions to identify business challenges and AI opportunities.
• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, demos, and PoC engagements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution designs and implementation approaches.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI applications using technologies like LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.

Overview

BDO is seeking a skilled AI Solution Consultant to help clients identify, design, and implement AI-powered solutions that address business challenges and unlock business value. This role combines hands-on AI solution delivery with client consulting, solution design, and capability-building responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle, from discovery and solution scoping to implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions to understand business challenges and identify AI opportunities.

• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.

• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution designs and implementation approaches.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI applications leveraging technologies such as LLMs, conversational AI, RAG, and agentic workflows.

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.

• Support proposal development, solution scoping, effort estimation, and implementation planning activities.

• Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and adoption support.

• Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements.

• Contribute to internal AI accelerators, reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices.

• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for innovation.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Working Experience Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in AI engineering, software engineering, solution engineering, technical consulting, or related fields.

• Experience participating in client-facing projects, workshops, demonstrations, or solution implementations.

• Experience supporting pre-sales, proposals, proof-of-concepts, or consulting engagements is preferred.

• Proficiency in Python.

• Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
