Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional work experience (post-undergrad).
• Experience in similar roles (e.g., B2B sales, pitching, qualitative or legal research, professional services/consulting, project planning).
• Experience working on multiple mandates simultaneously and ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative pitch materials and outreach strategies to client-facing teams with quality and speed focus.
• Create high-quality client documentation (pitch decks, scope of work/LOP documents, pricing strategies).
• Design and implement self-service tools to streamline pitch development (templates, pricing models).
• Lead and support business development initiatives by tracking market trends and executive movements.
• Collaborate with consultants to build targeted event lists for business development-related activities.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders for project success.
• Serve as Pre-Project Expert for pitches and business development across multiple projects.
