SANY Philippines Inc. in Manila City is seeking a Training Officer - Heavy Equipment & Trucks to design, deliver, and manage operator training programs for SANY heavy equipment and trucks.

This full-time role is based in Manila City, Metro Manila. You will develop training materials, conduct hands-on and classroom sessions, track operator performance, and coordinate with engineering to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience in training operators of heavy equipment is preferred.
• Strong ability to prepare materials, reports and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and prepare training materials and programs for operators of heavy equipment and trucks.
• Conduct hands-on and instructor-led training sessions for new and existing operators.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and guidance to operators.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams on equipment features, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessments and operator certifications.
