Job summary

Anonymous is seeking an experienced Traffic/Transportation Engineering professional to join our team in Metro Manila to deliver expert Traffic Impact Analyses (TIA), Traffic Impact Studies (TIS), and road traffic management for major developments.

You will lead or review TAIs, assess site access, vehicle circulation, intersection performance, and safety, and develop traffic models using SIDRA, VISSIM, Aimsun, or Synchro, while coordinating with clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• Licensed/Registered Civil Engineer or Transportation Engineer.
• 10–15+ years of relevant experience in TIA/TIS, traffic engineering, and road traffic management.
• Proven experience in traffic assessments for large-scale industrial, commercial, infrastructure, energy, or development projects.
• Proficiency in at least one traffic modelling/simulation platform such as SIDRA, VISSIM, Aimsun, or Synchro.
• Strong knowledge of traffic engineering, road safety, and traffic management principles.
• Excellent technical report writing, analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Traffic engineering or road safety certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or review Traffic Impact Assessments/Studies for industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and energy-related projects.
• Assess site access, vehicle circulation, intersection performance, traffic capacity, queuing, and operational safety.
• Develop and review traffic models using SIDRA, VISSIM, Aimsun, Synchro, or equivalent tools.
• Develop traffic management plans and traffic mitigation measures.
• Conduct or review road safety audits and traffic safety assessments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable traffic engineering standards, road safety requirements, and local transport regulations.
• Prepare technical reports and coordinate with clients, authorities, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
