Job summary

TYLin Philippines is seeking a Junior Traffic/Transportation Engineer to assist engineers on transportation projects. The role requires onsite work from Monday to Friday and involves preparing reports, conducting basic traffic analyses, and supporting data collection and documentation.

You will collaborate with transportation engineers, apply engineering standards, and contribute to field surveys and project coordination. A civil engineering degree and PE eligibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer in the Philippines or member of a recognized international chartered organization.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with experience using traffic engineering software such as PTV Vissim, AutoTURN, Synchro.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of transportation and traffic engineering reports, plans, and technical documentation.
• Conduct basic traffic analysis and support traffic modeling using software.
• Assist in data collection, processing, and analysis of traffic and transportation data.
• Coordinate with engineers and project team members; apply relevant standards and guidelines.
• Support preparation of progress reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Maintain organized project files and assist with meeting scheduling and minutes.
• Participate in fieldwork such as traffic surveys and site visits; support project logistics.
• Contribute to TYLin Philippines BUILD initiatives.
