Job summary

Capgemini Philippines is seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for CMS validation across UI, API, and integration scenarios. You will contribute to Visa certification support and help scale automated regression in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright or Katalon Studio, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and defect tracking systems.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in test automation engineering.
• Hands-on with Playwright and/or Katalon Studio (or Selenium).
• Experience building automation frameworks and regression suites.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts.
• Automate UI, API, integration and regression tests across CMS and related applications.
• Collaborate with functional testing teams to maximize coverage.
• Support Visa certification test scenarios where feasible.
• Validate REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads and service integrations.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD and prepare execution reports.
• Contribute to framework improvements and testing best practices.
• Participate in SIT, UAT and release validation with automated tests.
