Job summary

SupportFinity™ in the Philippines is seeking a Test Automation Developer to design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. You will develop and maintain test frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software test automation.
• Working knowledge of programming and the software development process.
• Excellent organizational and strong critical-thinking skills.
• Understanding of SDLC and methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong testing mindset with ability to design test cases and perform manual testing as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and/or projects concurrently.
• Experience with test automation tools and CI/CD integration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
• Develop and maintain test frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and perform data analysis of test data or test results
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to identify test cases suitable for automation
• Continuously improve test coverage and automation efficiency
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with developers to resolve defects
