Job summary

CBRE Laguna Technopark is seeking a Maintenance Senior Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on multiple mechanical, electrical, and building systems. Based in Laguna Technopark, you will lead routine inspections, install and modify equipment, review work orders, and ensure energy efficiency while complying with safety codes.

This role requires a strong knowledge of building systems, leadership, and flexibility to work a shifting schedule; immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Diploma in Facilities Management or Engineering.
• Registered Master Electrician or Registered Electrical Engineer is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering or Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems and perform complex repairs.
• Install and modify building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials; coordinate with systems to track completion.
• Support energy management to ensure building systems run efficiently.
• Verify installations comply with building codes and safety regulations and recommend solutions to management.

About The Role

As a CBREMulti-skilled Sr. Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenanceand repairs on multiple mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

This jobis part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They areresponsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs onequipment and systems.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make complex repairs.
• Install and modify building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Verify new or existing installations follow building codes and safety regulations. Recommend solutions for violations to management.

About You

• Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate of any course related to Facilities Management or Engineering
• Registered Master Electrician or Registered Electrical Engineer required
• At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance
• Has strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment (Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC)
• Leadership and management experience
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
• Can start ASAP
