Job summary

CBRE Pasay City is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician to perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. The role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function.

You will inspect equipment, assist with installation and modification, review work orders, estimate time and materials, and support energy efficiency while complying with safety regulations. 6 days/week, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Vocational in Facilities Management or Engineering.
• NCII Certificate is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC).
• Leadership and management experience.
• Able to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/holidays.
• Start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Report violations to Management.

About The Role
