Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Sr. Technician for Laguna Technopark to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on multiple mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. You will support energy management, review work orders, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

The role offers an autonomous, hands-on environment with opportunities to contribute to operational efficiency and reliability across facilities.

• Install and modify building equipment and systems.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Multi-skilled Sr. Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on multiple mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make complex repairs.
• Install and modify building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Verify new or existing installations follow building codes and safety regulations. Recommend solutions for violations to management.
