Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise-wide documentation strategy, including content architecture, tools, and standards.
• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale documentation projects for major product launches or platform overhauls.
• Mentor, coach, and provide leadership to a team of technical writers.
• Establish and govern the information architecture and content models for all technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support leadership to identify documentation needs and priorities.
• Champion and implement innovative documentation practices, such as Docs-as-Code, and measure content effectiveness through analytics.
• Serve as the lead writer and editor for the most complex and critical documentation.
• Develop a deep understanding of user personas and tailor content strategies to meet their needs.
