Job summary

RCD LAND, INC. is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance & Technical Auditor to lead risk-based site audits across active developments in the Philippines.

You will review structural, architectural finishes, and MEP works, evaluate drawings, and produce actionable reports with NCRs and CAPAs to drive continuous quality improvements. The role requires 5–8 years in real estate development, site management, or construction QA/QC with strong knowledge of local building codes and proficiency in AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Professional engineering license is strongly preferred.
• 5–8 years in real estate development, site management, or construction QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute risk-based technical audit plans across active project sites.
• Audit contractor QC Plans, ITPs, and Method Statements for compliance.
• On-site inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and drawings.
• Evaluate calculations, geotechnical findings and shop drawings for early risk detection.
• Draft high-impact audit reports with NCRs, costs and corrective actions.
