Job summary

Arcadis in Manila is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our Design & Engineering teams. You will work on iconic structures and spaces, leading design and calculations, coordinating across disciplines, and delivering complete design documentation.

You will apply international design standards (US/Canada/UK/EU/Australia), participate in safe design processes, mentor juniors, and collaborate with global Arcadis teams to deliver sustainable, impactful projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; master’s degree an advantage.
Licensed Registered Civil Engineer.
8–10 years post-graduate experience.
Experience on large-scale infrastructure metro projects or industrial steelwork.
International design standards knowledge (US/Canada/UK/EU/Australia).
Excellent English communication.
Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, Navisworks, and BIM tools.
Programming knowledge in C++, Python, Dynamo is a plus.
Strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Apply technical engineering techniques using international design standards and codes.
Lead design and drawing markup processes and coordinate with disciplines.
Oversee project detailed design and calculations for accuracy.
Ensure safe design through risk assessment during development.
Liaise with BIM Manager and coordinate with Arcadis teams.
Deliver complete design documentation and technical reports.
