Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Relevant experience in managing information-system development, systems integration, digital transformation, or government ICT projects
• Experience in solutions architecture, software engineering, data architecture, systems integration, or infrastructure design

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, testing, and deployment of the TESDA Skills Passport
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and resources
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Design application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure architecture
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary technical and project teams
• Develop secure APIs, integrations, and reliable data architecture
• Oversee security, quality assurance, testing, and production readiness
• Manage stakeholders, documentation, knowledge transfer, turnover, and project closure
